Letting happy users do the talking with customer testimonials

Tradegecko is Singapore’s leading inventory management software to help customers take control of their business.

The company entrusted Pixel Tie with the production of two Customer Testimonials in Singapore and Hong Kong to showcase how their product has been implemented successfully by customers.

The project started with the pre-production which involved finilising the script, finding the locations, determining what equipment is needed and figuring out the budget. This was especially important with the second shoot happening in Hong Kong.

During the production, one of our main focus was to ensure to have enough footage to cover everything the customer would be speaking about. From how they design, build and ship their own product to how TradeGecko play a crucial role in their inventory management.

Finally, the post-production allowed us to edit the video, to add color grading and visual effects while ensuring to follow the scope defined by the client: tone of voice, branding guidelines, video length etc.
