Nugit delivers a platform that aggregates digital marketing metrics and provide marketers with interactive bite-sized insights on how to make digital marketing more effective. The company was seeking for UX consulting to improve their platform from the onboarding process to stickiness.
During more than four months, Pixel Tie and Nugit collaborated closely to enhance the platform. This included creating the project's objectives and conducting research.
Then came the analysis stage, where previously collected data was used to derive insights. In order to understand the user and their end goal when using the platform, we developed personas, scenarios, and conducted usability testing.
The next step involved collaboratively redesigning the application using workflows, wireframes, and prototypes to incorporate suggestions and ideas from various stakeholders.
Following customer feedback sessions, the application was put to the test, and we iterated on it from there.
