Buchanan Group ’s website ‘Home Tester Club’ is a customer testing and review online platform about grocery brands. The website is present in 25 countries and 7 different languages with more than 3.5 millions global members.
The main objectives of this project were to increase their audience through an adaptive website revamp, engage their audience with an improved user experience and retain member loyalty as a result of a more appealing website revamp and better UX.
We created a design system to make the general look and feel more attractive and to keep consistency throughout the entire website. This included defining fonts, colours, icons, buttons and any other styles used on the website.
We ran usability testing to implement a stronger user experience through human psychology, logic and problem solving, as well as simplicity.
The website was made adaptive to fit its content seamlessly on users’ devices, whether the visitor is browsing on a desktop computer, tablet or smartphone.
Guidance was provided to the tech team to implement this new layout by delivering the basic HTML/CS/JS structure.
